Often, we work hard to display our love for God. We assume sometimes that the more we do for Him, the more pleased He is with us. But that’s not true. God loves it when we sit at His feet, fellowship with Him, and worship Him. Don’t strive to do more, strive to know Him more.

You may be uncomfortable in your affliction, God is taking what the enemy used to destroy you and blessing you, multiplying you, increasing you, strengthening you, elevating you, and favoring you instead. After this is over, you will realize that God was up to something amazing the whole time!

Remember, circumstances change, but God doesn’t. He is the same today, yesterday, and forever. He is good all the time. He is faithful every day. His mercies are new every morning. And feelings – though they are fickle and can contradict the word – can never change that truth.

Maybe you are in the throes of some kind of battle today. It could be a battle with sickness or lack; at home or on the job; in ministry or in business; in your mind or in your emotions. But God is saying to you, surely, deliverance will come, because wherever trouble arises, God arises, too.

Don’t spend an ounce of energy wondering and worrying about what Satan has up his sleeve, because the weapon might be formed, but it won’t prosper. God is sheltering you from a storm – one you can’t even see. He’s fighting battles for you that you don’t recognize. Rejoice that you’re protected!

You’re about to see a miracle in your dry place, no matter what it looks like! God is assuring you that whatever you need is flowing to you. Where there is a shortage, He is your supply. Where there lack, He is your abundance. Where there is sickness, He is your healer. Where there is trouble, He is your deliver.

Isn’t it good to know that the equipping power of God turns your weakness into strength? When God strengthens you, what could, would and should be impossible becomes possible. What was unbearable becomes bearable. What was unconquerable becomes conquerable. Go forth in His power!

Have you ever noticed that every time you give yourself fully to the work of the Lord, to prayer, to Bible study, to spiritual growth, to good works and Kingdom-building that disturbances and nuisances show up? Satan is just trying to frustrate you and stop you, but don’t let him! Here’s what to do.

Your current season may tell the story of struggle, lack, sickness, sorrow, loss and brokenness. But that’s not the whole story! God, who gives us insight into His word and assures us of His promises, assures you that your story will be one of victory, increase, healing, joy, restoration and wholeness!

You will turn a corner. Things will get better. Some good things await you in 2020. The One who has secured abundant life for you will honor your faith and perseverance. He will reward your faithfulness. He will bless you because you didn’t give up hope in the day of adversity.

Are you in the middle of tough season? Wondering when it will change? This is not the end of your story. What was meant for evil in your life, God is going to use it for good. You are not forgotten. He knows your name and your plight. All is not lost. You will see a turnaround. You will have a triumphant testimony. You will overcome and see God do great things!

You don’t have to sit back and passively accept your circumstances or assume things will never change. If your theme song has been “Que Será, Será,” (Whatever Will Be, Will Be), it’s time to change the tune. Boldly go to the throne of grace! Ask God to step in, intervene in negative situations and reverse the course of your destiny. Look forward to God answering you favorably!

It is not merely experience, man’s recommendation, or suitability for the job that secures a position for you. God’s favor is greater than all these things combined. When you are His choice, God opens doors for you and grants you access. He makes ways, moves mountains and increases you. God promotes you!

There are some areas in your life where you really need help. You can’t fix what’s broken on your own. Perhaps, things have been out of sorts for a long time and you are crying out to God for a shift. Well, this word will encourage you to keep on believing God, and expecting your change to come!

If you are going through something difficult, let go and let God. That isn’t always easy, especially when you feel like you need to be in control of the outcome. But when you let go and surrender, that’s when He will reveal Himself as Jehovah Jireh, a provider; Jehovah Raphe, a healer; Jehovah Shalom, your peace; Adonai, Lord and Master of all. If you want Him to release His power, release your control!

In today’s inspiration, Dianna Hobbs says, don’t get down and out about what you see today. Sure, you may be in a low place, but you will come back from this. It’ll be alright. One thing I know about God is that He loves getting glory through the lives of those others count out. He specializes in elevating the lowly!

God, the greatest One of all, has chosen and anointed you, and loves you with an everlasting love. The next time you feel overwhelmed, inadequate, perplexed, or distressed by circumstances and situations, remind yourself that, because you have Him, you have all you need!

Nothing can stop you because the all-powerful One dwells within you. No matter how intimidating the opposition, how challenging the situation, or how big the obstacle, our God is greater. There is no predator bad enough to defeat Him, no authority great enough to usurp His, and no word powerful enough to overturn His word. He has made you victorious!

Life’s journeys can be long and tiresome sometimes, can’t they? You and I don’t always arrive at the place we want to be right away. We like quick results. Instant turnarounds are incredible! But we also have to embrace seasons of gradual change, while trusting God’s perfect timing. In the meantime, go ahead and rejoice. Praise God, even when you can’t see your way clearly.

I have been on a rollercoaster ride lately—thus, my silence. But I am doing awesome. That does not mean I am pain-free, but it is well because God is yet good, always faithful, and He does all things well, amen? Doctors have been doing quite a bit of testing. Now that I have more information and results, I am at liberty to say more.
